Returns & Exchanges

At Oddli, we want you to love your unique pieces, but we understand if things don't work out. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
